Tips For Using Electric Kettle

Electric kettles are mostly heated with a heating chassis. The electric heating chassis is welded with the bottom of the pot. The bottom side of the pot is located inside the pot, while the heating chassis and its conductive terminals are placed outside the pot. The inside and outside are mostly connected by bolts, and the sealing and leakage are realized by the rubber ring lined between the electric heating tube and the pot body. Although this sealing rubber ring has a high temperature resistance of more than 100 ℃, because the electric kettle works at a high temperature and is used for a long time, the rubber ring will still age and lose its elasticity, causing the water in the kettle to leak outwards and causing the bakelite socket of the electric kettle. Carbonization, short circuit, melting of pot body metal, blown fuse and other faults. The user must carefully check whether there is any leakage of pot water around the bakelite socket before turning on the power after each water injection. When the tightening bolts of the power cord wires are loose, the bolts must be tightened in time to compress the rubber ring to prevent leakage; when the sealing rubber ring loses its elasticity due to aging, it should be replaced with a new high temperature resistant sealing rubber ring to ensure safe use.
