How many degrees to boil water in electric kettle

Usually, the water is 100 ℃ when it is just boiled, and it is not good to think high. Whether it has 100 degrees or not depends on the internal temperature controller. Generally, the working temperature of the thermostat is 105 ℃, after deducting conduction loss and error, basically the water will automatically power off and stop heating when the water is boiled at 100 degrees.

(1) How to boil water with an electric kettle?

1. Pour water into the kettle, connect the power cord to the kettle body, and then plug the other end into a power outlet to heat. For on-off or automatic electric kettles, the switch should be unplugged so that the kettle is plugged in. Be careful not to turn on the power before filling the water, otherwise it will burn out the heater or cause a dangerous accident.

2. The water filling should not exceed the maximum water level, so as to avoid overflowing the kettle when the liquid boils. When using an ordinary electric kettle, the water should not be too small, otherwise it will dry out quickly. If the electric heating tube is exposed to the water, it is easy to burn out.

3. The rated power of the electric kettle is generally larger. The capacity of the power plug, socket and power cord should be appropriately selected, should be above 10-15 amps, and should be used independently to ensure safety.

4. Always keep the power plug, socket, power cord and automatic switch device of the electric kettle dry and clean, do not rinse with water, so as not to damage the electrical insulation due to moisture, resulting in failure and leakage.

5. Flushing or flushing with a just-boiling electric kettle can easily cause injury. To be safe, unplug first, cut off the power, and then take boiling water.

(2) How to drink water is healthy?

1. The water should boil completely.

When boiling water, I saw that the surface of the water was about to boil, and I thought that the water was boiling. At this time, the water was more toxic, and it was not fully boiled. It should be boiled for a while before drinking.

2. The boiling time shall not exceed 15 minutes.

In order to kill germs and viruses in water as much as possible and reduce the hardness and nitrite content in drinking water, the boiling time of hot water should be controlled within 5-10 minutes. If the boiling time exceeds 15 minutes, or repeatedly boils like a water heater in a public place.

3. Let the tap water boil for a while

If tap water is used to boil water, it should be noted that after the tap water is chlorinated and disinfected, the combination of chlorine and organic matter in the water will produce halogenated hydrocarbons, chloroform and other carcinogens. When boiling water, connect the tap water and place it for a while before burning it, which can accelerate the volatilization of harmful substances.
