What Is The Principle Of Pre-cooling Function in Ice Cream Machine

To Search for the Ice Cream Maker with Pre-Cooling function

The principle of pre-cooling function is as follows:

Compressor and Condenser: The compressor compresses the refrigerant (usually Freon or ammonia) into a high-pressure gas and sends it to the condenser. In the condenser, the high-pressure gas loses heat, cools, and condenses into a high-pressure liquid.

Evaporator: High-pressure liquid enters the evaporator through the expansion valve. At this time, the pressure decreases and the refrigerant turns into low-temperature and low-pressure steam. In the evaporator, the steam absorbs heat from the surroundings, causing the temperature inside the evaporator to drop.

Refrigerant: The refrigerant in the evaporator is often called refrigerant. When the refrigerant absorbs heat, it turns into a low-temperature gas and is sent back to the compressor to complete the refrigeration cycle.

By activating the pre-cooling function, the ice cream maker starts running this refrigeration system to lower the temperature inside the machine before making the ice cream. In this way, when you start making ice cream, the temperature of the machine is already close to the required refrigeration temperature, thus speeding up the cooling and solidification process of the ice cream while also maintaining the texture and taste of the ice cream.
