1. The light does not heat up
I believe that many people have encountered this problem. This is a common fault. This situation is mainly due to poor contact between the heating tube and the connection. In this case we can remove the switch and there will be a spring metal piece inside. If it is deformed or corroded for a long time, then we only need to adjust or replace the metal sheet.
2. The light does not light up and does not heat up
Many people think that it cannot be repaired when there is neither light nor heating. In fact, in such a situation, the metal leaf spring in the thermal insulation switch of the electric kettle presses on the touch rod on the switch. We just need to dial the leaf spring up and bend it a little bit to fix the problem. Sometimes it is also because the contact points are dirty, as long as it is cleaned with a brush, it can continue to be used.
3. The water has been boiling
The problem is that the water has boiled, but the kettle has been working. Simply put, the electric kettle will not trip automatically, and it will be dangerous to keep burning. If the person is not around, the water in the electric kettle may keep burning, which will not only damage the electric kettle, but also cause a fire due to dry burning, seriously endangering physical and mental health. This situation is actually a problem with the temperature sensor of the kettle. Usually deformation or switch failure. After deformation, directly break the temperature sensor. If the switch fails, the linkage will be readjusted. If there is a foreign body blockage, clean the foreign body directly.
In addition, the electric kettle should not be overfilled when boiling water, about 80% of the amount is enough, so that the water will not overflow after boiling, and it will not cause some unnecessary danger. Don't rush to go after it is boiled Pour the water and let it stand for a few minutes, so that the impurities in the water can be precipitated, and secondly, the electric kettle can be cooled slowly!
